Meet Our Leaders

Apostle Marguerite Isaac, known as the Elect Woman of God, received salvation and baptism at an early age. A native of Pensacola, FL, she joined First Pilgrim Baptist Church (FPBC), Camden, DE  in 1995 where her spiritual mother and mentor is Bishop Doreina C. Miles. Under her leadership, she grew spiritually and became involved in the life of the church as a choir and praise team member, assistant choir director, main choir director and Administrative Assistant to the Bishop for 4 years. It is here she learned that she had a great administrative gift. Also, during this time the Lord began to reveal her ministry for women who suffered from the effects of domestic and sexual violence, being a survivor herself. As a result, The WIT Ministry (Women In Trouble) was birthed. Apostle Marguerite received training through the Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence and went on to develop and instruct a domestic violence curriculum for the Enlightened Bible Institute in Houston, DE.

During her time at FPBC, Apostle Marguerite responded to the call of God on her life. She attended The School of the Holy Spirit “Hearing the Voice of God,” was licensed as Minister in the Gospel Ministry in 2006. In 2007, she graduated from Christian World College of Theology, was ordained as Reverend, and established No Sister Left Behind Ministry™. She also served as ministry leader of the FPBC Senior Saints ministry, and she and Prophet Jerry created and facilitated a “Chance to Change” Bible study for persons conquering their addiction, being a conqueror as well. Over the following 2 years, Apostle was involved with many DE community ministries. She was Director of the Eastern Shore Mass Choir and Director of the Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance Male Choir and worked closely with national recording and Dove Award-winning artists Bishop Norman Hutchins and Rev. Luther Barnes.

In 2009, she was ordained an Elder at New Beginnings Ministry and served them by establishing their women’s ministry, annual women’s revival, quarterly prayer shut-ins for women, and the church choir. She developed and directed the new members' course and handbook, the minister’s training curriculum, the Adopt-A-Promise™ Fundraising Campaign which helped the ministry become debt-free, the ministry website, the media department, and other administrative processes and supports. While in Pennsylvania they attended Temple University’s Family Development Credentialing Program that they might better serve and empower families for sustained success, and she became a certified instructor with Temple University’s Program. Apostle Marguerite also has received her certificate in Women’s Biblical Counseling through Light University.

In 2013, the Lord called them to start ministry in Tampa. On October 28, 2013, they were consecrated and installed as Pastors of Crossover Empowerment Kingdom Ministries. Since 2013, CEK Ministries has unfolded into a five-fold apostolic ministry and has partnered with area ministries, held numerous outreaches, prayer shut-ins, marriage workshops and leadership and ministry trainings and bible studies, provided marriage discipleship to several couples, established C.H.O.S.E.N. Generation Youth, C.A.R.E., Inc., The Marriage Supper Club, Daughters of Deborah Ministry for Women Leaders, Sons of Encouragement, and Crossover Empowerment Kingdom Global Alliance which provides covering and mentorship to several individuals and para-ministries.

Gifted and anointed in many areas, Apostle Marguerite wants you to know that her chief pursuit is to be a faithful student of the Holy Spirit as He teaches her how to let Father God love, strengthen and empower His people through her.
